We specialize in Long Term Rentals covering all of Maui. We can manage special situations, existing leases, FEMA direct leases, and everything else. You will receive a monthly direct deposit, and a monthly accounting statement. We handle everything for you, including the stress.

What is your Management Fee?

Our management fee is 10% of collected rents. There are no other fees of any kind, ever. If you are not happy with our services, you may cancel at anytime with no cancellation fee.

How is Maui Rental Management different?

Unlike most Maui brokerages that focus on real estate sales and offer management services as a "side thing", we only focus on long term rental management on Maui.

We also own rentals. We started this property management service as we could not find a Maui manager that truly understood rental properties, the importance of cash flow, and professional management.

What do we actually do?

We handle everything.

We will advertise your property everywhere that tenants look. Most importantly, we also screen potential applicants thoroughly, and try to prevent problems before they occur. Before marketing your property, will also advise you on current market prices, and what you can do to get the most out of your property. We can also advice you on any current incentives or rental programs, like FEMA direct, Section 8, and similar programs.

We handle all maintenance requests. If the repair bill is below $300, we will not bother you, and it will just show up on your monthly statement. If the repair bill is over $300, we will call you first to get your approval. We will also verify that the property is in the exact same condition as it was before move-in.
